Our simple to complete questionnaire will allow us produce an automated report for you that will give you an indication of how you could save money and make your house more energy efficient. - We can provide you with a low cost consultancy service to help you make the most cost effective sustainability decisions. This can include advice on construction methods, materials, planning and sustainable technologies. Through our development company, Cornhill Estates, we have built more than 100 EcoHomes in the past five years. This means that we have a rare, and hard earned, understanding of sustainable technologies and sustainable construction.

- We have our own in house technical drawers and architects. We can either provide you with a full architectural and drawing service or we can work with your own architects.
- BREEAM EcoHomes
- We are fully certified BREEAM EcoHomes assessors, and we can work with you to ensure that your new home achieves your desired EcoHomes rating.
- Architect/Specfier
- Design Advice
- We can provide you with a low cost consultancy service to help you advise your clients on the most effective sustainable/renewable energy solution for their project. This can include advice on construction methods, materials, planning and sustainable technologies. We charge £50 / hour for this service and will give you an estimate for the likely time involved when you submit your plans. Through our development company, Cornhill Estates, we have built more than 100 EcoHomes in the past five years giving us a rare, and hard earned, understanding of sustainable technologies and sustainable construction.
- Design & Installation
- We have our own in house technical drawers giving us a unique ability to interact with you to provide your clients with a highly professional sustainability design service. For our sustainable technologies, we can offer a full supply and installation service on our core products or we can offer a supply only service. We can also train your clients' own installers at our state of the art, hands on, training centre in Yeovil, Somerset, or arrange for training on non-core products.
