Design Advice
We can provide you with a low cost consultancy service to help you make the right, and the most effective, sustainable decisions for your project. This can include advice on construction methods, materials, planning, grant funding, and sustainable technologies. We charge £50 / hour for this service and will give you an estimate for the likely time involved when you submit your plans. Through our development company, Cornhill Estates, we have built more than 100 EcoHomes in the past five years giving us a rare, and hard earned, understanding of sustainable technologies and sustainable construction.
Design & Installation
We have our own in house technical drawers and architects. This enables us to provide you with a full architectural service or we can interact with your own architects. For our sustainable technologies, we can offer a full supply & installation service on our core pruducts or we can offer a supply only service. We can train your installers at our own state of the art, hands on, training centre in Somerset or we can train them on your site.
BREEAM EcoHomes
We are fully certified BREEAM EcoHomes assessors and we can work with you to ensure that your new home achieves your desired EcoHomes rating.
