Why Ecofirst?Week 1 - Work Begins on Somerset Solar Farm!
Ecofirst kick off the exciting new solar farm in Somerset, our enthusiastic solar pv installers have arrived on site this week and have so far carried out the system design work, ordered and received cable, cable trays and cable ties and the ducting laid for the CCTV power and data.
As you can see in these very early stage photos, the cross site cable trenches have been opened up and approximately 2000 mtrs of cable laid before closing up the trenches again, the plant room build has begun and the piles have been put in place to form the foundations for the mounting frames.
